Firestorm
Monday
There are 27 stations and no getting off. That’s because Firestorm is no ordinary high intensity interval circuit. You and 26 comrades will laugh and cry as you work your way around. Meanwhile, your heart will be wondering what it ever did to you to deserve such treatment. Good luck.
All Star
Tuesday
The All Star is an exciting resistance session, using antagonistic muscle pairing techniques to obtain results. Everyone can now be an All Star talent.
Varsity
Wednesday
This gruelling sister workout of the pipeline will leave you gasping for any form of oxygen you can muster. Pulsating cardio movements through this relentless wave will have you carving in excess of 800 calories per Varsity.
Romans

Resistance meets functional

Frequently Asked Questions
How many times per week should I train?
Consistent training is the key to achieve your goals. We recommend training 3-5 times per week. Try to challenge yourself when you're at the gym. If you're new to F45 maybe take it easy in the first session.
Do you have showers/toilets?
Of course!
I have a sore knee/shoulder, can i train?
If you have some sort of an injury, let us know. You possibly still can train with us, we just might need to give you alternative exercise. Our trainers will find the way to give you the best workout without aggravating the issue
How fit you have to be to train at F45? 
All our workouts are suitable for all levels of fitness. Our trainers can downscale or upscale any exercise to adjust intensity. If there is an exercise you can't/don't want to do, we will find an alternative.
